Questions about Order

1. What sizes you carry?

We custom make all our orders to your sizes provided, in which case when you click “Order Costume” button it will open our Custom Tailoring form in a new page  to guide you with the required sizes (Bra size, Upper Hips, Length of skirt….etc), or click on Custom Tailoring button in our site main menu if you have special request design that you would like to order.

2. How long is the delivery time?

Usually it takes 21 days to make your costume start the day we received the payment. The shipping time also differs in shipping methods. The fastest shipping – expedited shipping takes 5-6 days for the shipment. The standard shipping takes 5-9 days. The sooner you place an order, the sooner we start preparing your costume.

3. Do you do a Troupe Discount?

Yes we do. Troupes are always welcomed to shop with us as they get major discounts on their orders.

We also provide special designs for troupes.

4. Can you repeat someone else’s design?

At Sagaat we never repeat someone else’s design, however, we can talk you through what you like in the design and start building our own version without imitating the other designers work.

5. what is shipping insurance ?

You can choose to add an extra $100.00 insurance to your costume(s) price to cover any defects that might occur during the shipping and/or handling; this insurance also covers the unlikely loss of the costume(s) while shipping.

Should you choose to pay the above mentioned insurance, and any of the above unfortunate events take place, Sagaat Atelier is committed to provide you with a new costume(s) provided that you pay for the shipping fees to return the costume(s) back to us, after providing our Customer Service Department with a photo proof of the defected costume(s). Return instructions will be sent to you with the shipping address.

We accept all online payment (Credit/Debit cards & PayPal) via our account on www.2checkout.com , You will be receiving your invoice for payment on a secure SSL link, also we accept bank wire transfers.

2. How can I track my order once shipped?

 when your order is shipped you will receive your shipment  tracking number via email with the website of the shipper to be able to know where does it stand at any point.

3. How much will the shipping cost?

we have 3 shipping methods

  •  EMS shipping fess is $30.00 USD per costume (Standard Shipping).
  •  DHL Shipping fees is $50.00 USD per Costume (Expedited Shipping).
  • ARAMEX shipping fess is $50.00 USD per Costume (Expedited Shipping).

4. what if my costume is lost or received with defects ?

Sagaat Atelier offers no refunds and no Returns once the order is paid for; all sales are final. You can choose to add an extra $100.00 insurance to your costume(s) price to cover any defects that might occur during the shipping and/or handling; this insurance also covers the unlikely loss of the costume(s) while shipping.
